Ordering Information

Tooling
If your order requires special shapes ad cut-outs, a one-time tooling fee will be added to your total cost. A quote will be provided for all tooling costs. If your parts require close tolerance work, our steel rule dies are guaranteed to hold 0.005" tolerances. Square cuts and round corners are available at no additional charge.

Placing Orders
Orders may be mailed, e-mailed or sent via fax. Phone-in orders must be followed by a confirming customer purchase order. We request that repeat orders are identified as such on purchase orders.

Rush Orders
For a small upcharge, orders may be completed and shipped earlier than usual production time requirements. Contact our sales department for details on this option.

Overrun/Underrun
Due to our high quality standards and the difficulty of producing to exact order quantity at that level, production runs may ship 10% over or under the production quantity ordered. This variance is considered a complete order will be billed as such.

Cancellations
Cancellation of an order must be in writing and will be billed only for the amount of work completed.

Grid Pricing
To price a specific product using our grid pricing, multiply the width by the height to get the total square inches, then find the intersection between the size and quantity. NOTE: Be sure to include any additional charges.

Shipping
If not specified, we will select the most economical shipping method. Additional charges apply for Special Shipping requirements and are outlined as follows:

Motor Freight
An additional charge of $10.00 applies for skidding and the necessary packing and banding if Motor Freight is required.

Split Shipments
A charge of $5.00 per additional destination will apply.

Future Release
A charge of $15.00 per stored shipment will apply. All shipments must be made within six months of manufacture.

Reservations
On Screen Plus reserves the right to decline any designs that are not compatible with our production methods. We reserve the right to use all products in any form of our company's advertising unless otherwise specified in writing at the time the order is placed. The customer (purchaser) assumes any liablility resulting from actions or demands brought against us for any patent or copyright infringements. Due to changes in the cost of raw materials, our prices may change without notice on any items listed in our catalog.
